1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for returns:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our support team with:
    • Order Number
    • Product images/videos
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/videos.

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the claim.


5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy

We may offer replacements or exchanges for eligible products based on stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request cancellation, contact our support team immediately after placing the order.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your card issuer/payment provider
  • Processing delays may occur depending on financial institutions

If you still have not received your refund after several business days, please contact us.


9. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

10. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

To maintain a fair shopping experience, Alevomart reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or cancellations in cases of:

  • Excessive return abuse
  • Suspicious activity
  • False claims
  • Missing products or packaging
