1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods, festive seasons, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS.


2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.
  • If applicable, shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

Customers can track their orders using the tracking link provided by the courier partner.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.

We reserve the right to:

  • Disable COD for certain pin codes
  • Reject COD orders suspected of fraudulent activity
  • Request prepaid payment for high-value orders

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • High order volumes
  • Incorrect shipping information

Alevomart is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.


7. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If incorrect or incomplete address information is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur
  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • Orders may be returned or cancelled

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If the customer is unavailable after repeated attempts:

  • The package may be returned to us
  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds may be adjusted for shipping and handling fees

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product
  • Include your Order Number in the communication

Claims submitted after the allowed timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.


10. International Shipping

Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping depending on operational availability.

For international orders:

  • Delivery timelines may vary
  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility

11. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
